what our clients say about us

Why EV?

Environmentally Friendly

One electric car on the road can save an average 1.5 million grams of CO2. That’s the equivalent of four return flights from London to Barcelona.

5% VAT

To push the public towards a greener future the government has priced VAT at 5% for domestic electricity compared to VAT of 20% on public charge points.

Affordable

For a typical electric car with a 60kWh battery and a 200 mile range, charging at home costs roughly £15 for a full charge. In a small petrol fuelled car it would cost roughly £35.

Government Grants

You can get funding towards 75% of the total cost of buying and installing an OZEV approved chargepoint, up to a maximum of £350 per socket installed.
This grant is for entities that rent, lease or manage residential or commercial properties (referred to hereafter as landlords) and want to install EV chargepoints on their properties.
